How the walking calories calculator works
Uses MET (Metabolic Equivalent of Task) values per pace: Slow 2.8, Brisk 4.3, Fast 5.0, Uphill 6.5.
Calories = MET × 3.5 × weight (kg) ÷ 200 × duration (minutes), the standard MET-based calorie estimation formula.
